This position oversees pool operations for the Food and Beverage Department. Ensures there is a smooth coordination between the kitchen staff and the pool serving staff. Ensures proper staff training including scheduling, work-oriented matters and other training when needed.
Circulate through all pool areas interacting with clients to ensure their satisfaction. Promotes hotel services and facilities in all possible ways Effectively resolves customer problems and listen to their feedback to improve service. Responsible for handling all entertainment in the pool area.

Requirements: A minimal formal education of High school diploma and two years food and beverage experience. Experience in a resort/hotel with multiple outlet preferred. Strong alcoholic beverage knowledge is preferred. Excellent customer service orientation, communication and organizational skills. Passionate about foods, wines and customer service; Keeps abreast of current trends. Availability to work weekends and holidays is a must. Texas State Liquor Commission Management TABC Card, CPR Certification,  and Food Handler Certification required. The ability to be outside in the summer heat is a must.

Ensures the property obtains the quality and quantity of merchandise ordered at the quoted prices. Counts and weighs each item received. Compares items received to requisition.  Refuses over shipments. Stores all items promptly upon receipt and verification.

This position requires good math skills, valid TX drivers license and good driving records. Good communication skills -speak, read & write in English. Must be able to use outlook, basic excel and comprehend checkbook. Able to lift up to 80lb's. Lifting entails 85% of tasks. Must be able to tolerate performing  tasks in freezer and cooler. Ability to work with little or nor supervision, and adapt to changing situations. Able to work shifts beginning at 6:30AM. Generally Tue - Sat.

Performs massage and body services in the manner trained by San Saba Spa. Direct all efforts toward guest satisfaction, and the achievement and maintenance of San Saba Spa. Current certified and licensed Texas Massage Therapist is required.

The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for welcoming guests and accurately verifying all information during the check in process and following up during check out, ensuring 100% satisfaction from the moment guests arrives at the hotel until they check out.

This position required one year customer service experience in external customers, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts. Previous training and application of POS systems is required. Opera experience is a plus. Availability to work weekends and holidays is a must.

To provide administrative support for the Catering and Conference department. Processes deposits for events when received. Fields client inquiries, providing information when possible. Creates all packets necessary for department (wedding packets, precons, etc). Plans and coordinates all in-house meetings.
