Lakeway's conference center facilities total to 24,000 square feet of flexible, state-of-the-art meeting space, including 17 meeting rooms, with 12 break out rooms and four large ballrooms ranging from 4,000 – 5,800 square feet.
Suspended 150 feet above Lake Travis with wrap around terrace, vaulted ceilings and dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows, the 5,150 sq. ft. space allows for subtly calming views. Extremely versatile, this room can work for general session meetings, classroom style training, or elegant dining affairs.
An ideal general session room, the Rio Ballroom is located at the lobby level, within easy access of guest room floors. The 5,800 sq. ft. space lends itself best to large presentations with either classroom or theater style seating.
Located in the Travis building, the 4,000 sq. ft. Colorado Ballroom sits just below the Travis Restaurant. The ballroom is built to breakdown into three smaller rooms, each with its own type of pre-function space. The diversity allows the conference center to tailor this space to any business event.
A small circular board room, at 836 sq. ft. this room is best in the resort for in-depth planning and strategic meetings. The space also features built in screen and projection capabilities as well as enough indoor pre-function space to accommodate a private break or working lunch setup.
