Hours of Operations
Daily from 9am-7pm
Appointments should be scheduled at least 7 days in advance to guarantee availability. Please allow one month to schedule spa packages. All spa appointments must be guaranteed with a credit card.
Please cancel your appointments 24 hours in advance to allow other guests ample time to schedule appointments in your absence. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or "no shows" will be charged 100% of the treatment price. Prices and services are subject to change without notice. Treatments scheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 100% of the treatment price.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend that guests arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to scheduled appointment times. Please allow yourself enough time when driving to Lakeway Resort and Spa. If you wish to enjoy the showers, dry sauna, spa terrace or relax in the men's or women's lounges prior to your appointment, please be sure to leave adequate time so that you aren't rushed.

Can I request a male or female spa provider?
Yes, please specify your therapist preference when making your appointment. We will fulfill a gender request whenever possible.
What is recommended after my treatment?
Guests are welcome to relax in the men's and women's lounges, spa terrace, or dry saunas after their treatments.
Please contact a Spa Concierge at 512.261.7350 to answer questions regarding our youth treatments. Children 5 - 15 must be accompanied by an adult during any service.
As a courtesy to other spa guests, children are not permitted in spa treatment areas or left unattended in the spa lobby.
An automatic 21% service fee will be added to all spa packages, spa retreats and spa specials. Prices and services are subject to change without notice. Additional gratuities can be accepted for exceptional service. Industry standard gratuities for spa services range from 20-25% percent and may be higher based upon satisfaction level.
Food and Beverage Service
Food and Beverage menus are available upon request. Complimentary herbal teas and flavored waters are available daily in the spa.
Gift cards can be purchased in any dollar amount and used towards any of our spa treatments, spa merchandise, spa products or spa packages. Gift cards will expire one year after the purchase date. You can purchase a gift card from the spa front desk or the Spa Concierge at 512.261.7350. Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Cell Phones, Pagers, Smoking
In order to provide a relaxing spa experience, we kindly ask that all cell phones and pagers be turned off upon entering the spa. Smoking is prohibited in the spa.
If you are pregnant, please let our Spa Concierge know when scheduling your appointment. This will assist us with providing you with the proper treatments. We will only accommodate guests in their 2nd and 3rd trimester.
