Q: What are the hours of operation?
A: The Spa has seasonal hours, generally they are Sunday: 9am - 7pm, Monday to Thursday: 9am - 7pm, Friday & Saturday: 9am - 7pm for massage and healing body therapies. Please see the main spa page for full hours and details.
Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: Appointments should be scheduled at least 7 days in advance to guarantee availability. Please allow one month to schedule spa packages. All spa appointments must be guaranteed with a credit card.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Please cancel your appointments 24 hours in advance to allow other guests ample time to schedule appointments in your absence. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or "no shows" will be charged 100% of the treatment price. Prices and services are subject to change without notice. Treatments scheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 100% of the treatment price.
Q: How early should I arrive for my appointment?
A: We recommend that guests arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to scheduled appointment times. Please allow yourself enough time when driving to Lakeway Resort and Spa. If you wish to enjoy the showers, dry sauna, spa terrace or relax in the men's or women's lounges prior to your appointment, please be sure to leave adequate time so that you aren't rushed.
Q: Should I cancel if I'm running late?
A: If you are running late for an appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you however we might have to reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or "no shows" will be charged 100% of the treatment price. Treatments scheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 100% of the treatment price.
Q: What should I bring to my appointment?
A: We provide robes and sandals upon check-in. Dress to your comfort level - undergarments under robes are optional. Please remove all jewelry and personal belongings prior to your service and secure all items in the locker provided. Lakeway Resort and Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Q: Can I request a male or female provider?
A: Yes, please specify your therapist preference when making your appointment. We will fulfill a gender request whenever possible.
Q: Are there any service charges?
A: For your convenience, we automatically add a 20% service charge to each spa service (22%
for Spa Journeys). This service charge is dispersed to the spa staff members who serve you during your visit. Additional gratuity for exemplary service is discretionary. Industry standard gratuities for spa services range from 20-25% percent.
Q: Can I request a spa treatment in my hotel room?
A: Yes, we do offer in-room services at an additional fee of $30 to the service price, per treatment and based upon availability.
