  • When is The Spa at Lakeway Resort & Spa open?

    The Spa at Lakeway Resort has seasonal hours and is generally open Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Friday and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. You're welcome to call the spa at (512) 261-7350 to confirm specific hours of operation.
  • Do I need an appointment?

    Appointments for spa services should be scheduled at least seven days in advance to guarantee availability. Please allow one month to schedule spa packages. All spa appointments must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of reservation.
  • What is your cancellation policy?

    When necessary, kindly cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance to allow other guests the opportunity to schedule services during your slot. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or "no shows" will be charged 100% of the treatment price. Services scheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 100% of the treatment price.
  • How early should I arrive for my appointment?

    We recommend that guests arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to scheduled appointment times. Please allow yourself enough time when driving to Lakeway Resort & Spa. If you wish to enjoy the showers, dry sauna, spa terrace, or relax in the men's or women's lounges prior to your appointment, please be sure to leave adequate time so that you aren't rushed.
  • Should I cancel if I'm running late?

    If you are running late for an appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, however we might have to reschedule your appointment. Please contact the spa as soon as you feel you may be late to arrive at your scheduled appointment time.
  • What should I bring to my appointment?

    Dress to your comfort level, the spa provides robes and sandals upon check-in. Undergarments under robes are optional. Please remove all jewelry and personal belongings prior to your service and secure all items in the locker provided. Lakeway Resort & Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  • Can I request a male or female provider?

    Yes, please specify your therapist, masseuse, or spa provider preference when making your appointment. We will fulfill a gender request whenever possible.
  • Are there any service charges?

    For your convenience, we automatically add a 20% service charge to each spa service (22% for Spa Journeys). This service charge is dispersed to the spa staff members who serve you during your visit. Additional gratuity for exemplary service is discretionary. Industry standard gratuities for spa services range from 20-25%.
  • Can I request a spa treatment in my hotel room?

    Yes, we offer private in-room services at an additional fee of $30 to the service price, per treatment and based upon availability, for guests staying at Lakeway Resort & Spa.
