- When is check-in and check-out time at Lakeway Resort and Spa?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Should you wish to have an early check-in or a late check-out, please note that we will do our best to accommodate this, based on availability.

Our daily resort fee of $50 USD includes the following:

You require a government-issued ID (i.e., driver's license, passport) and a valid payment method (i.e., credit card or cash) to check in at the Lakeway Resort & Spa.

This property is a 100% non-smoking facility. A smoking/vaping fee of $350 will be charged for any room with evidence of smoking.
- Is Lakeway Resort and Spa pet friendly? Yes, we allow dogs under 60lbs. A $150 non-refundable charge per stay will apply.

We are pleased to offer day passes to the resort via Resort Pass. This includes: Access to the pool complex, self-parking, complimentary WiFi and access to the dining outlets. We also offer cabanas for day rental too.

- Are any of the pools age-restricted?
Yes, the hot tub and adults-only pool at Lakeway Resort and Spa are age restricted. Individuals must be 18+ years old to enter the hot tub or the adult pool area and 21+ years old to enjoy the adult pool with swim up bar.
